this song is nine years old already

i recall listening to this song in a festival event in my town around six years ago. this song was used in a ParaPara performance by the whole crew. I guess that kinda inspired me to learn ParaPara dance. 
I wish I understood the lyrics sooner though. a few months back, i just realized that it mentioned something like 'time flies', 'no regrets', 'saying goodbye to the child version of myself' and 'moving on without looking back'. That hurt a little because I had so many regrets in my younger years and now I still couldn't look straight ahead.
Sigh. I always knew that there was something in this song as well as in Now and Forever. Too bad that I learned Japanese way too late.
